How does the purchase process work?

Curious about how the purchase of your hot tub or sauna works? From personal advice to building up the garden: these are the steps you'll go through

Step 1 — Tailored advice
Our experienced advisors will help you find the right hot tub or sauna. Together, we will discuss your needs and see which model fits best.

Step 2 - Confirm quote
We will only proceed once the quote has been signed by you. This way, you can be sure that everything is correct and you can look ahead carefree.

Step 3 — In-house production
Your hot tub or sauna is handmade in our own workshop. Small adjustments are therefore easy to make, as soon as possible after ordering. After all, it is possible that we are too far in the process, which makes this no longer possible.

Step 4 - Delivery & construction

Sauna: If possible, we will build it entirely in the garden (only in the Netherlands and Belgium).
Hot tub: Upon delivery, we will connect it for you (this is an option! By default, we don't do this!).
Prefer to build it yourself? Then you can opt for a self-build package that we deliver or that you pick up yourself.

Step 5 - Ready to use
We will only leave when your hot tub or sauna is completely as you wish, fully set up or connected and ready to enjoy.
